Cream Cheese Cut-Out Cookies. 1-8 oz. package cream cheese (softened). 1 ½ C. sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 189; t. almond extract. 3 ½ C. flour. 1 tsp baking powder. Mix together butter and cream cheese - let stand a few minutes. Add egg, vanilla, almond extract and sugar, beat well. Beat in flour and baking powder. Divide dough into two balls. Cover and chill 1 ½ hours. 2 C confectioner's sugar. 1/4 tsp. almond extract. Gayla M. Baughman.
