Monday, June 23, 2014. Camping by the Selway. Our family jumped right into summer this year with a camping trip up in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness Area. We camped right on the banks of the Selway River which was running high and strong that early in the season. And did I mention that James and Aimee were there too? Of course they were! Monday, August 8, 2011. I've been trying out some new recipes that were a big hit here at my house. I thought I'd share them with y'all. These are both quick to make, using veggies that are currently in-season. My favorite was the quesadillas, but they're both good. 1 12 oz package bow-tie pasta. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 1 zucchini, washed and diced. 1/2 yellow onion, diced. 3 tomatoes, cubed. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely diced. 1/2 tsp minced garlic. Cook pasta according to package directions.

These Are The Moments. Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Today was a riveting full day of class for the first years of the MSW program! Then I would look up at the clock and it would only be like 9:45am and the class didn't end until 11:30. This semester though with psychopathology that thought didn't even cross my mind and when I did look up at the clock it was like 11:15.
