http://triathletejeff.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
My life as a Husband, Dad, Partial Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete. Friday, April 29, 2005. I think all the riding, working, and new baby stress has finially got to me. Wednesday I went to bed at 5:30pm and didn't get up until Thursday morning at 7:00am. I'd call that hibernation. I have also lost about 8 pounds this week, I'm going to melt away! That's all for now, good luck to everyone racing in Waverly this weekend. Posted by All3Sports @ 7:45 AM 1 comments. Wednesday, April 27, 2005. That’s it...

Multisport Athlete: Where does the time go?
http://triathletejeff.blogspot.com/2007/06/where-does-time-go.html
My life as a Husband, Dad, Partial Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete. Tuesday, June 26, 2007. Where does the time go? Really, it's been 20 days since I last updated! It's amazing how days turn to weeks that turn to months and on and on. Nothing all that great to report on. I have a new 1x7 commuter bike, it's fun. Shop is swamped, good for work, bad for play! Runner's Flat has the new Adiddas Trail Shoes in, SWEET! They are black, and light, and black and did I mention they are black?

Multisport Athlete: December 2004
http://triathletejeff.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_archive.html
My life as a Husband, Dad, Partial Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete. Monday, December 20, 2004. I was doing reading on training and came across this little idea on recovering in a hurry. I think I'd rather take my time. If you are pushed to get back to work, or rushing to get home and do the daily chores, then simply cut the suggested cooldown period to 5 or 6 minutes and promote your recovery in the shower. How? Multisport Athlete: Week in Rewind
http://triathletejeff.blogspot.com/2007/07/week-in-rewind.html
My life as a Husband, Dad, Partial Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete. Sunday, July 08, 2007. It's been a busy but good week. Here it is in Rewind. Friday - New shoes purchased from the Runner's Flat. Nike Zoom's, not trail specific but very aggressive tread for a street shoe. They fit like a glove and I can't tell you how beneficial it was to watch myself run on the treadmill. You really see the difference in your foot strike in a particular shoe. Tuesday - About 1-1/2 weeks ago I hit some nasty stu...

My life as a Husband, Dad, Partial Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete. Monday, August 22, 2005. On a more positive note it sounds like everyone had a swell time at the Trek show. 29'ers seem to be all the rage which makes Mr. Ted happy. Juels has a blogsite, I would link it but it was a little to disturbing, with the monkeys and all. Kelly shaved 12 min off his 1/2IM at the Pigman, 5hours 37 min. Well done! Ok, Ed out. Multisport Athlete: November 2004

My life as a Husband, Dad, Partial Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete. Tuesday, November 30, 2004. Training Tips from Trifuel.com. Just a couple of things I ran across on trifuel.com to help get ready for next season. Spring seems sooooo far away! And this doesn't mean taking your HR monitor to bed with you! Get a diary/folder with a weekly time schedule in it - it should contain your training program, work hours, engagements and in my particular case, article deadlines! Saturday, November 27, 2004.
