Live simply, cherish family, have faith, work hard, be kind, dream big. Get to Know Us. Saturday, January 31, 2015. I love a nice weekend breakfast. Apple Puff Pancake is a favorite cast-iron recipe. I assure you, it meets all the expectations. It looks delicious, so it's perfect for guests. It is quick and easy to stir up. It is inexpensive to make and the apple and eggs are value-added. Try it. BTW, if you don't have a cast iron skillet, just substitute a deep dish pie plate. Powdered sugar to garnish.
