WHERE TO FIND ME. October 13, 2015. November 15, 2015. I have been told by my doctor to go on the low fodmap diet. And I have to swap out my beloved vanilla ice cream for sorbet or lactose free ice cream (is that even a thing? I can’t even eat apples, because fructose is a problem as well…. I love apples more than almost anything. Luckily I still get my bananas and citrus fruits for some reason. I AM BACKING SOME CINNAMON ROLLS! Even if I have to lie in fetal position for a week afterwards.

WHERE TO FIND ME. November 16, 2015. November 15, 2015. Personally, I love having dessert for dinner. So this has been a dinner favourite with me the last couple of weeks! As a student I obviously don’t have a lot of money, so for the last two weeks waiting for my student loan I try to find cheaper recipes, and that’s when I came over this: banana pancakes! It is actually healthy too, and you almost always have everything you need in your cupboard. 2 ripe bananas (they are sweeter). 1 tbs baking powder.

WHERE TO FIND ME. August 19, 2015. November 15, 2015. I am not afraid of much. I really hope that this year is going to be better, because I have really started liking Oslo as a city. Not to live here forever, but it is so great to have everything so close by and available. Or at least everything that is in Norway. I don’t know.
