I can see the trees. A bit about me. Smoked haddock with spicy tomato peppers. May 16, 2015. Today’s healthy concoction! Relatively quick meal tonight…. Smoked Haddock with spicy tomato and peppers. Two smoked haddock skinless fillets. Tin chopped tomatoes with basil. 2 peppers. I used a green and orange one. Handful of fresh baby plum tomatoes. Sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Sprinkle of flat leaf parsley. Squeeze of garlic puree. Chop all onions and peppers and sauté with olive oil slowly until quite soft.

I found that baking them on parchment paper at a high temperature resulted in getting a crisp and not-so-greasy wing. “Wow, these are really good! 8221; was my husband’s response. Well, I guess I’ll be making plenty more of these. Frozen chicken wings, thawed. 1/4 cup hot sauce. Pretty easy, pretty tasty!
