Monday, December 1, 2014. The next couple of days (Tuesday and Wednesday) I ran an easy hour each day. By Saturday I felt back to normal so the plan was to do 10 miles that included the one little hill we have in Woodburn, which is three miles from my house. It was pretty cold out but I felt good.
