I have the incredible privilege of serving in the kids' ministry at Sojourn, though honestly, some Sunday mornings I need to remind myself that, yes it is indeed a privilege. God's light doesn't use batteries! It was at that point that I lost it. Kids crack me up, and I absolutely love their straightforwardness, especially when it comes to what they're learning about in scripture. And a little child will lead them indeed.

When we moved in the new paint on the front door was bubbling, so we spent a month stripping off all the paint, sanding it, and picking out leftover paint from every nook and cranny. We primed and repainted it. It look great for a couple weeks and it started again. Arghh! Our front door looks like it's got a terrible case of warts! For our next project....
