Friday, July 31, 2009. 2009 Pioneer day- July 18. Our stake celebrates Pioneer day with fun games, good food and a new addition the dance Festival. It is so much fun! This year Matt joined in on "THE Car Wash" and did a great job in his tye-dye shirt as he drove in and did a flip over Sam's back. I wish i would have come early enough to see the dancing! Sunday, April 26, 2009. Spring Break at Sea World. We decided that we needed some time away from Simi Valley. My brother and his family came down to visit for the week so we took the weekend and went to San Diego. We spent a day at Sea World which is one of my favorite parks in California. Last fall we had our appointment to have Lindsey's senior pictures taken. We show up to O'connor and I look at Lindsey and say, "Hurry and go change! She looked at me with a "WHAT" look and said, "Change into what?

When we moved in the new paint on the front door was bubbling, so we spent a month stripping off all the paint, sanding it, and picking out leftover paint from every nook and cranny.
