Monday, July 12, 2010. Just a smattering of fun Summer activities. We're trying to pack in as much as we can, since some of my poor children go back to school in two weeks! Have I mentioned lately how much I dislike year-round school these days? Sweets Candy factory tour. Gotta love those hairnets! Eden's Baptism in Blanding. All the Halls cousins. Grandpa has a full load. All the Halls' cousins at Lake Powell, plus Grandpa. Havyn, Ally, Cydnee. Cydnee and Journey at dance recital. Get a tan, Mom!

And that post was done at the suggestion of Janelle. This time it's Dara's idea. So, thanks friends for the ideas and motivation. I'll try to do better. We had a fabulous cookie bouquet class at Relief Society taught by the wonderfully-oh-so-talented Amy Flores and I thought I'd give it a shot for Dave's Valentine gift. He loved it. FHE @ the Cabin.

Spencer took a couple of snowboarding lessons last winter and LOVED it, so I took him up on the slopes, along with his 5th grade passport (awesome program! For a day of fun. Monday, January 10, 2011. We went on a gorgeous hike this past weekend. Every weekend Havyn asks if we can go for a hike. She loves hiking, but spends quite a bit of the time on Steve's shoulders. This hike was 5 miles round trip and was quite an incline, but once on top of the ridge you get gorgeous 300 (about) degree views. This trail ranks in my top 3 favorites. Friday, May 27, 2011. TEeNaGeRs In ThE hOuSe! I know its crazy.but there really are teenagers in this house! That means I am getting old.but I refuse to believe it. They are such a fun group of girls. I found myself giggling and laughing along side them. When I say great girls.I mean great girls! They are all so well behaved, polite, smart (most of them are in the honors program at school), cute and fun! They are great to have around. Luckily there were only a couple other people in the same room as us.

Thursday, October 6, 2011. I just returned from a girls trip to San Francisco. I went with my mother-in-law (Donna) and two sisters-in-law (Andrea and Heather). I had an awesome time! It was the funnest trip, full of lots of site seeing, food and laughing. We laughed a lot.these ladies are fun to be with! On our second day, we went to Fisherman's wharf where we roamed around and shopped. We also had lunch there. Donna and I had seafood. It was pretty darn yummy! Getting ready to leave on our bike ride.
