Thursday, July 30, 2009. Erica and I took a day off and did a two day hiking trip on the Eagle Creek Trail. The trail is very popular but once you get 3 or 4 miles in the flip-flop wearers dwindle and you have a nice peaceful hike. We hiked in to a site near 7 1/2 mile camp right next to the creek and a small waterfall. Monday and Tuesday were two of the hottest days in Portland, we were hot but not miserable.
