Friday, May 28, 2010. Guests on my boat. David Jin was a golf partner from the Narrows Golf Club. David was teaching Orrin to play golf when he was told about me hitting buckets of balls. Charlie and his angels. Albert, Wen-wen and Ting-ting. T is always good practice to train kids to get used to wearing them while on a boat.

The colour of the water in the lake was emerald green. My dream is to come back. One day with my Noelex, to sail on this lake. I retired from full time work at age 58 in Hamilton (2002). After a few months, the prospects of looking at 20 years of annual leave got to me (I became bored with doing nothing). I enrolled as an English tutor. Did a short course in Hamilton and taught English to new migrants for 3 years (2-hour/week) During this time I was also involved with working for the Salvation Army.

Monday, April 24, 2006. 1 Sand filling, road, drains. Since I was the developer of one house I had to engage a civil engineer (Albert Ting) to do the subdivision plans. I organized the sand filling, engaged a surveyor, called tenders for building the access roads and drains.
