The Making of a New Restaurant Brand (and a Design Career). On Mar 4th, 2012. I’ve known Eric Banh for a very long time. After spending a few years teaching English at a University in central Thailand, I returned to Seattle well-tanned, penniless and in desperate need of a job. This was late in 1998. After a brief stint working for Wolfgang Puck(! First Monsoon website, circa 2000. It was all going to be created from scratch. Perfect timing. Eric decided to name his new place Ba Bar. As we didn’t w...

Nikki + Dave: September 2010
http://nikki-dave.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Last year we regraded everything and replaced a sad, unusable, awkward sort of cheap, half-assed ornamental garden with our patio, plants and grass - as you probably saw (pictures in the archives). That was a big improvement, but not quite there. After many attempts to keep that grass alive, and 3 replants, we are moving forward! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. i carried a watermelon...: heist
http://trulyx3outrageous.blogspot.com/2009/02/heist.html
I carried a watermelon. Monday, February 9, 2009. I just got news that a friend's grill was stolen in the wee hours of the night this weekend. At first I thought he was referring to his gold and diamond teeth set, but alas, he was referring to his enormous barbeque that used to reside on his patio. The irony is that my friend had just nabbed the "Top Chef" title in part because of his grilled pork during an 8-hour amateur cooking competition on Sat. It's just SAD. May 10, 2009 at 7:55 PM.

Read from regular people about their commute experience or submit your story. What do cars have to do with it? 75% of global warming is attributed to the burning of fossil fules (coal and oil). This comes from industrial/power plants and gasoline/diesel fueled vehicles. Reducing the amount we drive would have a major impact on this problem (Needs citation). Cars make a lot of CO2 -. One gallon of gasoline turns into 20 pounds of CO2 when burned in your car. Seems impossible, right? What's the big deal?
