Friday, April 3, 2009. I know i haven{t blogged in forever. I{m now in puerto vallarta with my roommate/best friend vacationing. we got here yesterday night. unfortunately not in time to see the city before the sun went down, but i{m not complaing. please ignore the weird symbols, mexican keyboard is different than american keyboard and i{m not going to make the effort to figure it out. i only paid for an hour of time. Yes we have our own mini bar, refilled every two days.i think this is trouble.

Thursday, February 5, 2009. Push press 2 warmup rounds then. 65/80/95/105/115x2 (I just can't do that last rep). Everyone loves the NATINA. 20 Ball Slams- 16 lb. Run to end of driveway and back. I thought I couldn't walk there for awhile there at the end. My legs hurt so much. But I guess my running has improved significantly from the last time we did this workout, so that is good. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. 2nd day back from vacation. Warm up - 2x:. 10 swing snatches (16k/16k/16k/). 5 hindu push ups. WOD - Tabata (20/10) for 6 rounds at each station; 90 sec. rest in between stations. Double kb high pull (16k). Rough day at the gym. Everything felt hard. Thursday, February 5, 2009. 5- 1 arm clean and press. Front squat- 2 warmup rounds, then. PR again, pretty excited about that. I'm curious to see what next week will be like. How many rounds in 15 minutes? 10- flip, catch and squat. 35lb kb the first round, and then i went down to the 25lb kb. Saturday, July 31, 2010. Rolled for 50 minutes with imran and nathan. Got winded quickly but felt good. Did a 5k row with the goal to stay under 24 spm. Fun Stuff. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Had a great workout this morning with John. Barbell complex x 5 going up in weight each round. 6 bent over rows. 6 hang clean squats. 115% of bodyweigh(210#)t dead lift X 10. 25 box jumps 24 inch. Push press followed by 30 second overhead hold. Thursday, June 25, 2009. Tri training is going well. Went on a 3 mile run with Jeff yesterday and felt really good. Legs are stil very very sore as are my triceps and lats(not sure why on the last two). Dead lift @ 185. 1 squat minute 1.

Friday, November 27, 2009. Worked on arm locks and guard passes in warm up. Friday, November 20, 2009. After rolling for a while, my joints and muscles have been killing me. was happy to move some weight again today. Warmup: 5 minute easy row. Then: Back Squat warm up. 3x5 BS @ 165#. 3x4 BS @ 185#. 3x3 BS @ 225#. 3x2 BS @ 255#. 6x1 BS @ 285#. Then: 30/30/Rest 2 minutes/Improve each interval. Thursday, November 12, 2009.
