Where colour and light translate into words. January 28, 2010. 8211; Oil on Canvas. Here it is, the first tryptic I have ever come up with! I have been contracted to paint this for someone I know from the high school days. Even though I haven’t really been in touch with him for a while, I can say he’s definitely among the most energetic and enthusiastic people I know. His optimism seems to have no end and he’s a great inspiration for everyone. Laquo; Animal Portraits. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

just a terminal case: January 2006
http://charmingdelusion.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Just a terminal case. A canadian in california. It's true. i am a canadian through and through. things i miss are little, but meaningful. I miss being able to buy tropicana juice in the charming faux milk carton that it comes in at home. here, it comes in a big ole jug. no charm what-so-ever. I miss good cheddar. the brand-name stuff here is practically worse than the no-name stuff you can buy at price chopper. I miss seeing bottles with mL measurements instead of a bizarre mixture of fluid oz and pints&...

Small thoughts from Strange hours: October 2007
http://biokeithster.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Small thoughts from Strange hours. Because the greatest thoughts occur at the strangest times. Wednesday, October 31, 2007. This is the first year in ages that I haven't handed out candy for Halloween. Kind of makes me sad. At least there were a lot of people dressed up around work today (and there even was a little parade of kids between offices too). Tuesday, October 30, 2007. How often do you get a particular song stuck in your head? Hopefully it'll be out in Canada eventually. Life My parents dragged...

Small thoughts from Strange hours. Because the greatest thoughts occur at the strangest times. Monday, May 26, 2008. Happiness is bad for you. Happiness is bad for the creativity. I think that's why I haven't been posting as much lately - I'm in too good a mood. Take a look at the best music - isn't most of it angst-ridden, or speak about injustices or heartbreak. Happy musicians don't make good music! Or how bout art? You think Picasso would have been so inventive if he hadn't hacked off his ear?

Small thoughts from Strange hours: Hello world?
http://biokeithster.blogspot.com/2008/06/hello-world.html
Small thoughts from Strange hours. Because the greatest thoughts occur at the strangest times. Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Some days, do you feel like the universe is ignoring you? Pretty rude, if you ask me. Sure, I haven't written in a while, but still - it's not like it was on purpose. I was just really busy. So 'yo - universe - still here - show a brother some love'. Small thoughts from Strange hours: December 2007
http://biokeithster.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Small thoughts from Strange hours. Because the greatest thoughts occur at the strangest times. Thursday, December 27, 2007. I officially know when I have entered holiday mode when I can no longer remember what day of the week it is. I've got that feeling back this week and I'm hoping to keep it for at least the next two weeks. Thank goodness they don't make back to work ads. Thursday, December 20, 2007. With the new year rapidly approaching, I've been giving some thought to new year's resolutions. As muc...
