I was raised in the country. my house was surrounded by fields on all four sides, and i used to hide and play in the bare spots in the middle of corn fields. i drove my 4-wheeler on back roads. Rode with my daddy in his 18-wheeler, climbed haystacks, and went "swimming" in trailers full of soybeans. Be walking a good 30 minutes from one house to the next. and watching mtv.

We got three letters from Joshua last Saturday. One was mailed in early July, two were mailed in June and one was a special Father's Day letter to his dad - wishes for a Happy Father's Day a bit late, but still appreciated. It was so great to find these letters in our mail box! Skyping with the grand kids!

After losing 15 pounds, my weight loss plateaued for a month and I started to get frustrated, but kept up my regimen of diet and exercise. Then I decided to try a new tai chi for weight loss video.
