Waiting to hear back from the surgeon if he even wants to see me and now waiting for the actual appointment with him. Another month of waiting. We got three letters from Joshua last Saturday. One was mailed in early July, two were mailed in June and one was a special Father's Day letter to his dad - wishes for a Happy Father's Day a bit late, but still appreciated. It was so great to find these letters in our mail box! Skyping with the grand kids!

After losing 15 pounds, my weight loss plateaued for a month and I started to get frustrated, but kept up my regimen of diet and exercise. Then I decided to try a new tai chi for weight loss video.
