Here is included all of the separate pieces of our project in detail along with the information we have collected about the rover itself. This includes the materials we used for our rover and a few ways you can improve on what we have done. Bull; Duct Tape. Bull; Plastic Tupperware. Bull; Zip ties and/or Hot glue. Data and Detailed Measurements. We are measuring the dimensions of the base of rover along with the camera box to see how it will fit. This is also necessary to find the length we will need for the wires. Glueing parts for Camera. We put the tubing onto the hole we made for the wiring on the bottom. We glue the box on. Initial testing of the box for waterproofing the o-ring seal on edges. We ended up using a plastic tupperware instead of this box. Current Work in Progress. Create a free website.

Data and Detailed Measurements. Overall, our project accomplished part of what we initially aimed for, and had a decent waterproofing system which took time to perfect and accomplish. However, there were some major parts which we could have improved which would have cleaned up the project and achieved our goal of better underwater photography at a higher level. Archimedes' Principle and Buoyancy. By Isabel, Cara and Sarah. Welcome to our DEEP website! For our DEEP project we studied Archimedes' Principle and Buoyancy by putting objects of different masses in liquids of different densities. We calculated the buoyant force on each object, displaced liquid, weight of the object in and out of the liquids. We tested this to prove that Archimedes' Principle is true. We also tested to see if the denseness of the different liquids affected the buoyant force.
