Juice of 2 lemons. Zest of 1 lemon. 2 tsp dijon mustard. 2 tsp olive oil. 1 tsp agave nectar. 1/2 tsp. cumin. Dash of salt and pepper. 2 In a food processor, add your spinach and cilantro.

Hamburger, Mushrooms, English Muffin with Cheese Sauce. 2 cups cheese of choice (I used fontina, jarlsburg, and cheddar). 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (spike). Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lb crimini mushrooms. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional). Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook mushrooms until juicy and yummy :), salt to taste. Put aside in a bowl, cover to keep warm. Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies.
