Hamburger, Mushrooms, English Muffin with Cheese Sauce. 2 cups cheese of choice (I used fontina, jarlsburg, and cheddar). 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (spike). Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lb crimini mushrooms. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional). Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook mushrooms until juicy and yummy :), salt to taste.
