We see what we see, and don't worry about getting to point B - the journey is in arriving. Tuesday, August 9, 2011. When I decided to redo my dining area, I knew that my current chairs would not look good painted. I started to visit some second hand stores. I knew that I wanted chairs with upholstered seats. I was so amazed when I found these 6 chairs. One even has arms. There is a sticker on the bottom from Smith Manufacturing in Georgia dated in the 40's. They got the same Annie Sloan Old White chalk paint as the china cabinet. I love how they turned out. Here is the completed dining room.
