Friday, March 16, 2012. 21 Day Easy Diet Week 2. It's been TWO weeks! Pounds lost: 3.2. I can't say that it has been fun. It definitely has not. But I feel like I'm on my way. The scale is teetering down and that is good enough for me! Here's what I am doing:. Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) at every meal,. No carbs at night. Good sugar (fruit, stevia) before lunch. Limiting sugar intake 25 g/day. Protein, Carbs, MUFA at every meal except dinner. At least 2 x per week cardio (running or cycling).

I'm not sure what I was expecting. but something better than lying down on a bed enduring contraction after contraction. I guess my struggle was with the IV. Is it really necessary?
