I'm very ready for summer break this year. who knows where i'll end up next year or what i might be doing. i have some ideas, but i'm not sure if any of them will work out. i'll be glad to finish my ed.s. in just another month! Monday, April 25, 2011. Laine is 15 months old and I think this is my favorite time so far. She is learning so much right now, it seems like it is something new everyday. She makes me laugh every day and I know I'm a little biased but I think she is the cutest and funniest girl! She "reads" to herself. She gibber gabbers alot! She'll end up eating baby food about once a week, usually at school if she doesn't like what they are serving. She only drinks from a sippy cup. She weighs about 22 lbs. She's talking more. Saturday, December 25, 2010. Laine is 11 months old today (on Christmas Day). It's hard to believe we'll be having her first birthday party next month! She has had a big month! She's been taking steps since before Thanksgiving but is officially walking as of mid-December. Her other top front tooth is in so she has a total of 4 now. Friday, November 12, 2010. Here's a few pics of Laine playing. She doesn't seem to have much fear and will climb on or over whatever she can find! She just can't always get out or get off of what she climbs on. In the first 2 she was playing with Scott who is sitting in her tent. Instead of opening the door and crawling in the tent like she does most of the time she decided to dive in. She loves to get in her bouncy seat and play with the toys and stand in it. We got to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary last weekend by staying at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Dallas and going to see "Chorus Line" at Fair Park. Amazing performance!
