Finding Joy in the Journey. A Road Less Traveled. Tuesday, March 26, 2013. One Year in Utah! It has been one year since the day we left Colorado as a family to confront a host of uncertainties waiting for us in Utah. I don't think that any of us were very happy to be leaving on that March 24th, but a lot of good things have happened since then, and we are happy now. Now if I can just finish some of the projects connected to moving here, I will really have something to feel good about! One Year in Utah!

When I see my big kids doing big kid things, I know that nineteen years really have passed. How else could we have a house full of teenagers? Derek is doing great and feeling good. He's recently had to deal with a bit of a water crisis at work. always fun when the city you manage is getting major news coverage!
