This LEGO dinosaur took a summer to build. Rather impressive. The children operated this machine. They sat in a cockpit. And so much more.

Around 12:30 this morning, August 30th, My father in law passed away from his battle with cancer. He was a husband, a father who raised 7 children, a grandfather ,and a great grandfather. I'm sure it wasn't easy and I'm sure he probably wished he had done things differently as he looked back on his life. Who doesn't, I mean none of us are perfect. We love you Paul. Links to this post.

Saturday, January 14, 2012. This little blog sadly gets neglected a lot. But, NO MORE, I say! It's a new year, and we have new motivation. We also have lots to post, since we have never gotten around to posting the majority of stuff we have done. So, here we go with the first one. A couple months back, we put together a dessert table for a ladybug birthday party. We had individual strawberry shortcakes complete with matching pinwheels. And delicious little brownie pops dipped in chocolate.

I'm sure everyone has been affected by cancer in some way or another. Whether it be a friend a relative or yourself that was unfortunate enough to get this horrible disease. Back in the Spring of 2009 my 10 year old son (at the time) Jordan was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. WHAT? Thyroid Cancer , in a 10 year old? Won't you please support us in helping to fight this disease?
