http://chrissie-middleimage.blogspot.com/2015/01/back-to-minis.html
Friday, January 30, 2015. It´s been really warm these last few days and we have been able to sit in the naya in the afternoons doing some crafting. We have decided to resurrect our miniatures, after putting everything on hold for so long it´s nice to be able to feel we are able to do this. There are still drawers to be made and then sourcing items for the ink wells, pens and paper. I have since finished the design and it is ready to be attached to a floor embroidery frame. I have started a bell pull now,...

Sheila's Quilt World: February 2015
http://sheilasquiltworld.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 23, 2015. I am afraid I do not have a lot to show today , I have been busy with other things plus I desperately needed a new blade for my rotary cutter , it was starting to bother my shoulder with the extra pressure I had to give to get the fabric cut . However a little progress was made and every bit counts. This is the little Bunny Hill. This poor walkway has had some damage from the storms and as you can see the beach is snow covered and the ice is in the harbour , if you look way out...

Tea, fabric and other things....: May 2014
http://teafabricandotherthings.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Tea, fabric and other things. Sunday, May 11, 2014. Easter is well and truly over so it is time for a new post. It all started with Lynette Anderson's. Book "Stitch It For Autumn" that we bought last year. Our friend Jo saw the project "Chicken Table Centre" and mentioned several times (if not more) that she really, really liked this pattern, probably because she owns some chickens "with attitude". With Jo's birthday in May, we hatched a plan and started preparing our project. In Gisborne in January.

I have a new laptop as well and this is making things "computer wise" so much easer. Tomorrow is Easter Sunday and we are going out to see my daughter's in- laws for Easter lunch. On my finish list is this quilt. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Promote Your Page Too. Dear Jane Blocks List.

Living, Crafting and Quilting. AUDITION FOR A BORDER.AND A GIVEAWAY! This is the existing border. I quite liked some of these but sadly there wasn't enough left of anything. And this is what I'm going to use, what do you think? One of the nicest things about making a quilt is the leftovers, which come in handy for small projects. Now what shall I do with this little stack of 3½ inch squares? John is just in the process of boarding - thought I'd show you. I just realised this is my 100th post! Happy In Qu...

Tea, fabric and other things. Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Posties seem to be delivering lots of quilty parcels lately and two lovely little surprises arrived here last week. The first was a gift from Marina. One of her coveted pincushions and some French General fabric that filled a gap in my stash. And the other side. Sending you a royal wave and thank you Marina. My second surprise was a little win from the lovely Shez. Tailor made to my requests. Shez has shared her secrets here. Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

http://teafabricandotherthings.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Tea, fabric and other things. Sunday, June 29, 2014. Friday finally arrived and after a half day at work I was off to meet Susan. Susan was in Melbourne for a few days and was able to share a few hours with us. We met at Tranquility in Moonee Ponds and with the help of the owner Joanne, we shopped and chatted and chatted and shopped. Joanne kindly took a photo for us in the same spot that we stood two years ago during Susan's last visit. Then it was off to lunch and hours of conversation. So life is a li...
