FÜR MEHR INFOS SCROLLEN. Eine Inspiration für alle Generationen. Die Geschichte von Desmond Doss wurde in vielen Büchern. Comics und Filmen verarbeitet. Die aktuellste und bisher aufwendigste Produktion ist der Film Hacksaw Ridge (Drehbuch Andrew Knight und Robert Schenkkan, Regie: Mel Gibson), der in Deutschland im Januar 2017 in die Kinos kam. Die Besetzung mit großen Hollywood-Schauspielern verschaffte Doss posthum weltweite Bekanntheit.

FÜR MEHR INFOS SCROLLEN. Desmonds Eltern besaßen nicht viel, aber sie gaben ihm etwas sehr Wertvolles weiter: moralische Prinzipien und einen unbeirrbaren Gerechtigkeitssinn. Desmond meldet sich freiwillig zum Kriegsdienst – will aber keine Waffe anfassen! Auch sein Festhalten am vierten Gebot und die damit verbundene Weigerung am Samstag zu arbeiten sorgte immer wieder für Probleme. Seine Vorgesetzten versuchten wiederholt ihn loszuwerden. Letztlich blieben all ihre Bemühungen erfolglo...Ab März 19...

I fired it about 15-20 times all together without giving it much time to cool down . I took a few shots to compare it to the SB800 on full power .Ignore the background getting brighter , it was raining and the sun was coming out again . Concentrate on the foreground and shadows .
