Aos poucos estou emagrecendo e o melhor de tudo, estou me sentindo mais saudável e disposta! Minha nutricionista recomendou que eu comesse frutas vermelhas todos os dias, geralmente como com iogurte, em um shake com banana verde, mas hoje vou comer as minhas frutas vermelhas com esse bolo! A receita eu peguei aqui.

Sooooo, I think this cake is a good way to have my berries today! I'm allowed to eat one portion of junk food once a week, so this week I'm eating a piece of this delicious cake! And then, back on my diet! I got this recipe here. 300g/10½oz plain chocolate, broken into pieces. 175ml/6fl oz boiling water.

Ficam crocantes por fora e bem cremosos dentro. 300g de cenouras raladas no ralo fino. Farinha de rôsca q.b. 1/2 xicara de água. 2 colheres de (sopa) farinha de trigo. Pimenta em pó (opcional).
