Saturday, September 29, 2007. Saturday, day 6 of week 5. Well today sucked, I had to be at work all day and I dont get off until midnight tonight, so I wont be able to get my interval training in. I was thinking about doing it on sunday which is normally my day off, but I might just take the day to rest. I think my knee needs it. Keep it up everybody and have a great weekend! Monday, November 19, 2007. Monday, day 1 of week 13. Well I know I usually post pics every 2 weeks but I looked and compared the pics from this week to the ones from 2 weeks ago and there is no noticable difference, so I see no need to post them.
