It started with a dog. Then another. Then a kid. Then another. Friday, May 29, 2015. Edinburgh Day 3: Arthur's Seat. Our flight back was at 4:30 so we only had a half-day to explore. After seeing Holyrood Park in the distance the day before, C really wanted to climb to the top of the hill called "Arthur's Seat". Really glad we made the trip and 3 days seemed like the perfect amount to explore the city. Edinburgh is probably one of, if not the, prettiest European city we've visited so far. I defin...It to...

The Simple Life of an Edinburgh Girl: October 2014
http://susy412.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
30th Birthday - What To Wear? I've been scouring the interweb for some birthday outfit inspiration. My actual birthday night out is pretty low-key. It's being held in a local pub with my lovely friends and I'm not making a massive deal about it therefore I want to keep my outfit low-key too. The other thing is Jamie is treating me to dinner, now I know it's in one of three places: The Witchery. With drinks beforehand at The Devils Advocate. So for that I am looking for something a little more dressy.

Applying to uni in the UK? SC#38 Tomato and mustard tart. This week I had some old friends stay over. The day started as one of the warmest we'd had recently so I got very eager for a welcoming and hearty summer dish, but it needed to be quite free of time constraints. My friends were coming back from a year living in Mexico (as you do) and I wasn't expecting them to be exactly on time. They were three hours late. Well, and a few other things:. One pack puff pastry. 4-6 large tomatoes, nice and ripe.
