Saturday, September 27, 2014. That Time I Made Grilled Balsamic-Glazed Salmon. Was made for a 20sb Cooking Challenge at the beginning of August that I never posted here. Whoops. So here it is in a bunch of glory. Balsamic-Glazed Salmon with Corn on the Cob. Serves 1 or 2). 1/2 c balsamic vinegar. 1 Tbsp maple syrup. 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard. 1/2 garlic clove, minced. 1 or 2 5-oz salmon fillets. 1 Tbsp olive oil. 1 or 2 ears of corn. 1-2 Tbsp butter, softened. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 Tbsp olive oil.

I decided to blog/put my thoughts to paper to mark my journey during the two week process.
