Hi, I recently had a bout of ill health and I spent time in hospital so I wrote a letter to my family to show them the bits that they had missed, the letter grew to 7000 words. When my family read my “letter” it made them laugh and cry. Other people asked to read and it made them laugh and cry. More people asked to see the letter so I decided to put it here for anyone who wants to read it.

I have also been craving almond cookies for months.the Italian kind.so I threw some shit together in a bowl and Voila! Raw Almond Cookies.
