Bull;Are there any vegetarian alternatives to marshmallows out there? I just discovered that they have gelatin in them. So, whenever I eat s'mores I'm not quite sure what to do other than to eat the chocolate and the ghram crackers. Bull;I'm very much a soup, sandwhich and salad person when it comes to lunch and I brown bag when go to work. Benefiber? - Gluten Free/Casein Free

Apr 14th, 2011 11:26 am. I just looked at my package of Benefiber and the ingredient listed is wheat dextrin.but then it says "gluten free (less than 20ppm gluten)." But that doesn't mean it's truly gluten free right?

Take a moment everyone and remember that Today was the battle of Hattin. Hundreds of Knights Templar were killed, with thousands of other knights/footsoldiers being taken capture. When some of the whole soldiers realized what their future would be like they were said to have ripped robes off dead templars and claimed to be said knight. Simply so they could have a quick dead. I'm very ok with debunking the church's claim that she was a prostitute, because it's about time there was an important, respected woman in Christianity.
