http://aloadoffmymind.blogspot.com/2007/04/m-o-n-e-y.html
A Load Off My Mind. I'm a weight-loss procrastinator who's downright exhausted from all the thinking I've done about it over the last dozen or so years. I'm here to make it happen so I can just move on already. Hi! Saturday, April 21, 2007. So I looked, and there WERE important documents in there! I found a statement of investment with a mutual fund that I had entirely forgotten about. This is very wrong and irresponsible behavior. In length. All this for a party of about 25 people. This is not a recomme...

http://naschkatze.blogspot.com/2006/04/this-sucks.html
Friday, April 28, 2006. BFL: Week 6, Day 5. Ok This officially sucks. I am up another 0.6 this week - now I am 130.8. And I had a pretty good week too, I was really pleased with staying OP and only missing one workout (due to my migraine - 1 missed workout in 6 weeks is a pretty damn good track record! These last 2.8 have to come off at some point, right? Rant over. Ready to be OP this week. B: Oatmeal w/cocoa powder, splenda and 1 tbsp nut butter, coffee (4.5). S: organic energy bar (3). A: a person wit...

http://naschkatze.blogspot.com/2006/04/how-sweet-it-is.html
Sunday, April 23, 2006. How sweet it is. Body for Life: Week 5, Day 7. As wrote on Friday I took my off eating day yesterday to go to a dinner party, was a lot of fun. We started the day off yesterday with some croissants and I had a scrumptious pain au chocolat - delicious! The perfect treat with a cup of coffee while reading the newspaper on a gloomy Saturday morning. (good thing I went for a run) How sweet it is. L: leftover turkey meatballs and sweet and sour cabbage (6). Total points used: 18.5.

Naschkatze: Assessing the Damage
http://naschkatze.blogspot.com/2006/04/assessing-damage.html
Wednesday, April 19, 2006. BFL: Week 5, Day 3. So I got on the scale this morning to unofficially assess the damage done on Easter weekend - I figured that I might as well get it over with as soon as possible, because if I had waited until Friday I would have been really worried getting on the scale. I have gotten all my workouts in so far this week - lower body this morning, and I am going for a run tommorow. B - breakfast burrito and coffee (4.5). S - cottage cheese, mixed berries and bran cereal (2).

I can handle gaining 0.4 this week if it means I get another 1 pound loss next week! And this morning I could definitely lift more weight during my upper body workout. B: Scrambled egg whites w/veg and cheese, whole wheat pita, coffee (7.5). Sounds to m...

http://naschkatze.blogspot.com/2006/04/survival-strategies.html
Thursday, April 13, 2006. Body for Life: Week 4, Day 4. 06 in 7 Challenge: Day 7. Survival strategies have started already, as I attended small get together this morning. I did eat some coffee cake, but I have adjusted my food intake for the rest of the day, and I went for a 45 minute run (in the pissing rain no less! So I should not come out over my daily points range. I just hope that I lose a bit on the scale tommorow, even if I stayed the same I would be happy. I just don’t want to gain! In terms of ...
