DIY, travel and other things. Friday, June 17, 2011. DIY Bacolod Trip - Manokan Country. Bacolod City has a reputation for good food. It's also famous for it's chicken inasal. There's a place in the city called Manokan Country. It's a string of small open air restaurants who's specialty is grilled chicken. According to internet research and our taxi driver, the best restaurant in Manokan Country is Aida's. It did not disappoint! Maskara on display at the restaurant. We each ordered garlic rice and a pecho.
