Monday, November 2, 2015. Pull Ups- lower/middle back (lower traps and upper lats). 4 sets- all to failure. Inclined Bent over Row- upper back (upper and middle traps). Set 1- 10 reps- low weight. Set 2- 6 reps- high weight. Set 3- 6 reps – high weight. Set 4- max reps- max weight. Set 1- 10 reps- low weight.

Women's number one weakest area is their arms. and we're going to change that with this workout! 1) Place a chair directly behind you. 2) Place your hands on the chair while your back is facing the chair. 3) Gently let your self drop to the floor without letting your butt touch the floor. 4) Bring yourself up again, That is one rep. Monday, November 9, 2015. Although your body needs a break from exercising it does not need a break from eating healthy! Drizzle some honey on top!
