I know it's been a while, but I was torn between keeping my flippant blog purely for family members or taking it a bit more seriously and posting things that other people could read (strangers! Took a worthy second, with Revenge of Queen Rose. Well done, Mungo. The Revenge of Queen Rose was the best book on that list and it is a crying shame that it didn't win, however it just shows the current trends in publishing.
