The Gouldie Zone: April 2011
http://momgould.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Life with our family: Terry, Dorothy, Sophia, Michael and Emily. Sunday, April 24, 2011. Happy Easter to all my faithful readers! Today was an interesting day, we were up early, the kids were a bit crazy from starting their day with jelly beans and malted eggs. And of course, there was the inevitable squabbling. Is there a family out there whose kids don't compare who got what? We were fortunate to have all the grandparents come over in the afternoon for dinner. It was nice to sit on the pollen free ...

The Gouldie Zone: Fireflies/Lightning Bugs

Life with our family: Terry, Dorothy, Sophia, Michael and Emily. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Which do you call them? I don't think it really matters what you call them. To me, they invoke all sorts of memories of playing kickball and SPUD while we waited for the streetlights to come on. That was always our signal it was time to come inside. The Gouldie Zone: April 2010
http://momgould.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Life with our family: Terry, Dorothy, Sophia, Michael and Emily. Friday, April 16, 2010. The other morning Michael brought me Sophie's guitar and put on a show. I was wondering where he got his moves until I showed the video to Terry and he burst out laughing. He and Michael had been watching old Who videos on YouTube. I guess this is Michael's rendition of Pete Townsend. Although Pete did not have to contend with the pesky strap like Michael did. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

resident aliens: November 2010
http://maierbaby.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Keeping up with Mike, Katharine, James, and Will. Sunday, November 28, 2010. Here is a preview of our Christmas card. I was trying to distract James from running around the house making his brother scream and told him to make some designs for our card- this was the best, a close second was the dinosaur with a hook in its back as a christmas tree ornament. BTW this is Santa being pulled by two 'long necks' (brontasaurus) over our house, in high wind. Also check out the bunk beds. Tooheys in the house.

The Gouldie Zone: March 2010
http://momgould.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Life with our family: Terry, Dorothy, Sophia, Michael and Emily. Monday, March 29, 2010. March is almost over, and I am really ready for Spring. I've never minded winter, especially since moving South, but am tired of being cooped up. We have had a few days where we've been able to be outside all day, and what a difference that has made. I'm hoping the change in the weather will mean a reduction in the germs we have endured this winter. So here's some March photos, a hodgepodge of what's been going on.

The Negative Split: Conversations with my mother that make me uncomfortable . .
http://thenegativesplit.blogspot.com/2010/01/conversations-with-my-mother-that-make.html
Friday, January 29, 2010. Conversations with my mother that make me uncomfortable . . My mom is on Facebook. She's made some friends on Facebook. They have some conversations and she learns some new things. Know about but maybe either think that my mom should already long know about such things and that we absolutely do NOT need to talk about. Or rather, more specifically, at this point in my life think these sorts of conversations are ones that she and I no longer need to have. Like,. I have no answer f...
