Esther Grace Photography: Big Bad Wolf // Portraits
http://esthergracephotographer.blogspot.com/2014/03/big-bad-wolf-portraits.html
Monday, March 10, 2014. Big Bad Wolf / Portraits. Once upon a time there was a coyote (alias Big Bad Wolf) chasing deer. There was a standoff. Then the deer ran. Then the Big Bad Wolf ran. Esther Grace Photography: Winter Splendour
http://esthergracephotographer.blogspot.com/2015/01/winter-splendour.html
Sunday, January 11, 2015. The cold, snowy weather we've been having was just too tempting to not go out in for some photos. Although I came in in a state of icicle-ism, it was still worth it! Thankfully I was wearing my wool dress, so it kept me warmer than I would have been otherwise. The dress will be up on my sewing blog. In the next week or two, incidentally. It is amazing to see the splendour of God's creation, even in drifts of snow! Nothing that man can manufacture could ever be so beautiful.

Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Another Winter Photo Shoot. This morning, everything from trees to fences was covered in icy, snowy crystals. It was just too beautiful! Even the icicles were icy! Delightful Handwork: June 2015
http://delightfulhandwork.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 16, 2015. The hollyhocks are blooming! Aren't they just lovely? Such an old-fashioned flower - in the best possible sense. When I went out to snap these pics it was so humid my lens kept fogging up! I think it gave the photos a rather pleasing softness though. Every time a walk past these beauties I find myself singing "Hollyhock, hollyhock, oh holly hollyhock! To the tune of Lollipop. What do you have blooming? Photos by Yours Truly}. Links to this post. Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Then let th...

A Joyful Handmaiden: Spring Semester is Underway!
http://ajoyfulhandmaiden.blogspot.com/2015/01/spring-semester-is-underway.html
Saturday, January 17, 2015. Spring Semester is Underway! We shall never find happiness by looking at our prayers, our doings, or our feelings; IT IS WHAT JESUS IS, not what we are, that gives rest to the soul. 8212; Charles Haddon Spurgeon. Before the semester began, I found myself in a coffee shop downton and was able to do some reading and journaling. Sometimes it's good to "come away and rest" as you re-group and prepare for another semester. Mmm, looks like a yummy treat! January 17, 2015 at 2:31 PM.

Lilacs and Springtime: Bread Baking Aprons and a Crocheted Rug
http://lilacsandspringtime.blogspot.com/2015/07/bread-baking-aprons-and-crocheted-rug.html
Monday, July 27, 2015. Bread Baking Aprons and a Crocheted Rug. Marilla sighed and then said proudly:. I'm giving Anne that half dozen braided rugs I have in the garret. I never supposed she'd want them- they're so old-fashioned, and nobody seems to want anything but hooked mats now. But she asked me for them- said she'd rather have them then anything else for her floors. They are. Pretty. I made them of the nicest rags, and braided them in stripes. It was such company these last few winters.". When I wa...

Lilacs and Springtime: Plum Jam
http://lilacsandspringtime.blogspot.com/2015/08/plum-jam.html
Friday, August 14, 2015. While shopping the other week I saw these beautiful sugar plums. I couldn't resist purchasing some for plum jam. Never before had I made or tasted plum jam, but I had seen some recipes for plum preserves and jam on Pinterest and felt inspired. It was such a beautiful day I decided to pit the plums outside at the picnic table. When making plum jam you don't need to peel the plum, just pit them. Being outside definitely made it pleasant work. Have you made any jams this summer?
