Monday, April 18, 2011. Well, We meet again. It's nice to see you again. Yes, I took a blogger break! A two year break to be exact. A lot has happened since the last time I wrote. We have gained a wonderful new daughter in law to our family. Ashley and Scott got married last August! It was a wonderful day and they are two very happy people! We also added another new member to our family. An old english bulldog named Lucy, or on a bad day we call her Lucifer! It is about freaking time. M and M's Cool Blog.

No, it wasn't cleaning out the garage! I screamed as I looked deep into this mirror. "Where the hell did all these wrinkles come from? I was not prepared for this at all! Thursday, August 21, 2008. Give it up for Chicago" Wahooo! Last night Doug, Scott and I went to the Western Idaho State Fair. We did the normal things that people do at fairs.eat.drink.eat.and people watch. That in itself is pretty entertaining! However this night turned out to be something to remember. Chicago actually held a concert there and it was FREE! We paid the 6 bucks or whatever it was to get into the fair and then the concert was a freebie. Now, we were thinking how big can this concert be?

April 18, 2011. We surprised the kids with a trip to Disneyland last week. We woke them up at 5:30am, fed them breakfast, and then told them! Kian was very excited - his eyes got really wide and he kept saying "Really? Grace said "Its too expensive" and RyRy didn't really react much at all. July 31, 2011. We hibernated all weekend since the majority of us have had a fever. July 29, 2011. Took the kids to Lagoon today with my friend D'Ann! Had SO much fun and we got SOAKED! Later in the day, the kids experienced their 1st treat from an Ice Cream Truck in our neighborhood. I think it was playing Christmas music, which is weird. Doug and Charisse (and Benjamin). Jan 27, 2015. Today was simply beautiful. Part of the reason it was so great was that Ben and I didn't have the car so there was no easy way to get out of the house. Most of the time I feel rushed. Like we have too much going on. So today we just chilled at home; a much needed staycation. Ben started off the day by making cakes with blankets and airplane wings in bowls. We cackled together as we ate it like monsters. That inspired us to make real cake! There you have it.
