Wednesday, October 5, 2011. I LOVE Conference weekend! It was exactly what I needed. I love listening to the counsel and feeling the spirit. It was also nice to have time to clean the house and finish our projects! Here is our finished media hutch! It was a lot more work than I thought it would be, but the extra storage is SO nice! When my husband and I were first married, I told him that no matter what was going on in our lives, whether we had children or not, were fat or skinny, rich or poor, I wanted to have family pictures done every. Year This was (still is) so important to me. I didn't know where life would take us and I wanted to have the tangible memories. Doug and Charisse (and Benjamin). Jan 27, 2015. Today was simply beautiful. Part of the reason it was so great was that Ben and I didn't have the car so there was no easy way to get out of the house. Most of the time I feel rushed. Like we have too much going on. So today we just chilled at home; a much needed staycation. Ben started off the day by making cakes with blankets and airplane wings in bowls. We cackled together as we ate it like monsters. That inspired us to make real cake! There you have it.
