Once again I haven't done well keeping my blog up-to-date. I have at least kept up with my diet and exercise. I've enjoyed my Team Weight Loss group. I haven't had the weight loss I hoped for but I learned a lot, making it worth the time, money and effort. I might even try the class again in the fall. New Project # to 49. I am happy with those results.
