I decided to take several months off riding to catch up in other areas in life with a goal of riding again in the first week of June. My goal is to ride a century a month for the rest of the year starting in July.

Pedal On and On. Welcome to my 2011 Cross Country Bike Tour. I will be riding my bike over 3,600 miles from Astoria, OR to Portsmouth, NH. I will be traveling with America by Bicycle. The trip will take 50 days, cross 10 states and Canada. Death Valley Century 2011. I trained for 1 1/2 years and the following are the highlights of my training. 2010 training miles miles:.
