DrewPhotoEmerson: Multi-frame images

http://drewphotoemerson.blogspot.com/2017/01/multi-frame-images.html

Wednesday, January 11, 2017. January 16, 2017 at 9:54 PM. I like how you included people and animals in your work because it makes your work stand out more rather than just using textures or buildings, however you were also able to play with textures, which you also did very well. I like how you used both color and black and white in your photos because it made your collection of photos look more and more intriguing in every frame. January 17, 2017 at 7:48 AM. I like the red its different which is nice.

Friday, December 2, 2016. Joel Tjintjelaar series 4. December 3, 2016 at 6:57 PM. The one interior shot stood out from the rest its very cool to look from these different perspectives. December 4, 2016 at 12:13 PM. I like all of the windows in your photos, the black and white makes them look very cool. December 4, 2016 at 5:38 PM. I love the small details like window panes, or telephone wires, that really make the photo intricate and provides a lot for us to look at. very interesting.

Drew Photo Marley: Portfolio

http://drewphotomarley.blogspot.com/2016/12/portfolio.html

Monday, December 5, 2016. While putting together my portfolio, I looked selected images where human emotion was in it's rawest, purest form. These 8 photographs show the various emotions that people experience throughout the day: joy, sadness, worry, etc. Once I found models, I disappeared within the classroom; the wall that is put up while taking a photograph was removed, allowing me to capture unguarded persons. Friday, November 18, 2016. November 19, 2016 at 7:05 PM. I really like your use of shadows in this batch of photos, it make the subjects even more interesting. November 20, 2016 at 10:05 AM. These photos are incredible and I believe that the black and white gives so much extra life to the photos. I believe that you should play with light and the shadows. November 20, 2016 at 4:52 PM. I thought that making the photos in black and white made them more authentic, which helped accomplish your artists goal.

http://drewphotodeclan.blogspot.com/2017/01/for-this-series-i-wanted-to-take-photos.html

Wednesday, January 11, 2017. For this series I wanted to take photos that related to each other for example I took a photo of Marley's shoes and pants and then his shirt and when put in the same frames it made it look like his outfit . I did everything in black and white except the plants because i felt there was more detail without the black and white. January 17, 2017 at 7:42 AM. I like the black and white it unifies the pictures. January 17, 2017 at 8:06 AM. January 17, 2017 at 9:49 PM.

Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Artist Statement- This batch is of my best images from this series. I choose these photos because they closely resemble the work of Slinkachu because of the way they are interacting with the surronding images. The figurines also look like the fit in the image but are clearly not real people or animals. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Ben B. - Photography Blog: January 2017

http://drewphotobenb.blogspot.com/2017_01_01_archive.html

Ben B - Photography Blog. Friday, January 20, 2017. This unit was focused on memory layers. This was meant to encapsulate experiences, emotions, and thoughts through images that show a deeper meaning. I took photos from the neighborhood that had a gritty, worn feel to them, and gave vibrant colors for contrasting purposes. My goal when selecting and editing was to have a series photos that represent my identity through fashion, actions, and sights in my daily life. Friday, January 13, 2017.

Ben B - Photography Blog. Friday, January 13, 2017. B&W Multi Frame Collages. This project was focused on the multi frame. January 16, 2017 at 9:41 PM. I like how all of your photos look like an illusion, which is very similar to Tom Young so you did a nice job on that. I also like how you kept the color in some of the photos because it still looks mysterious and vintage but also makes the photos more interesting. January 17, 2017 at 7:46 AM. Friday, November 11, 2016. Artist Statement: For this batch of photos I used the feedback from my classmates and teacher and shaded my sketches darker. I feel that I accomplished this and it made the overall photo much better. This was the main thing I was focusing on this batch in an effort to improve my photos. November 15, 2016 at 1:20 PM. I think you did a really good job at making the photos more creative by changing them in different ways. November 15, 2016 at 2:10 PM. November 15, 2016 at 2:11 PM.

Wednesday, May 25, 2016. For my self portraits, used multi-layer and reflection. Both multi-layer and reflection designs were the two of my favorite styles through out this semester. For the two multi-layers I added a spider to give the perception of its largeness and for the other layer I put an album cover on face as to alter the texture of my face. For the reflection, I had myself point to give the perception of pointing at myself. Monday, May 23, 2016. Final Best of Series. Friday, May 20, 2016.

Wednesday, June 6, 2012. Here is the Macro Spring collection of Photos. For this I interpreted macro as macro worlds. I started with the figures i used before then i tried to incorporate paper dolls then moved to legos. My brother helped to stage the figures then i took them. I left the lego ones to mysterious and a little blurry to give it life and motion. Monday, April 30, 2012. Monday, May 28, 2012. I enjoy this photo because of both it's simplicity and its mind trip at the same time. at first look you don't really find anything out of the ordinary, and then when you look at it again, you realize that its two pictures but overlaid to look like one in the middle. Like a ven diagram. I like this because it overlays two different time periods in one photograph, of Haley dancing and jumping with the leaves. Sunday, May 13, 2012. Thursday, April 26, 2012. I achieved this looks by finding a car window that had reflections of many different shapes and then photographing her looking into the window. Here, I took a photo similar to Max's.
