Drifting Cloud - 漂泊不定的雲. Drifting with up and down in life! Friday, June 3, 2011. T his is my first attempt to DIY dumpling all by myself. Normally I would just help mum to wrap and not helping in preparation of ingredients as well as cooking the dumpling. So this is really my very first time to do from A - Z. hehehe. Since hubby likes to eat "Gan Shui" dumpling so I try to make that on Tuesday. I made about 20 mini "Gan Shui" dumplings. Getting the dumping tie up. Gan Shui" (alkaline water) Dumpling.
