Max Speed: 34.93 mph. Avg Cadence: 92 rpm. Avg Heart Rate: 153. Max Heart Rate: 173. On Saturday afternoon, I took my commuter bike out for a recovery ride, my legs were a bit sore from the previous day's ride. I just rode easy and spun my legs to let them recover. It most certainly helped. Avg Cadence: 91 rpm.

Monday, December 29, 2008. Let's try this again! Wednesday, December 24, 2008. What a lousy offseason so far! Monday, December 15, 2008. This past weekend was a total washout for any kind. We got closer to fixing the plane and going home, something else would pop up to keep us there. We worked from about 8 am to 12 midnight. Of exercise, that is unless you want to count climbing up and down the stairs to the cockpit several gazillion times exercise. I'm just glad to be home and looking forward.
