By The Dyslexic Chef. Lasagna and fresh marinara sauce. 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 6 basil leaves, finely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the garlic, basil, salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for about an hour. 1 red onion, chopped. 1 yellow onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 24 ounce tomato puree. 1 package lasagna noodles. 1 yellow onion, chopped. 2 lbs ground beef.

By The Dyslexic Chef. Chipotle sauce can be used on a variety of things like tacos, hamburgers, sandwiches, or even salad dressing. 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Fresh spices like thyme or oregano, finely chopped. Pour can of peppers in a large bowl. Using an immersion blender, puree the chipotle peppers. Add the mayonnaise and continue to blend.
