Brisket with pineapple red wine marinade. 1 pineapple, chopped. 6 lemons, juices squeezed. 1 yellow onion, chopped. 500 mL red wine. Place the brisket in a roasting pan. Add all the ingredients to the pan and let sit for two days covered in the fridge. 2 red onions, sliced. 6 green onions, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
