http://littlemisscontrary.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Little Miss Contrary's Culinary Adventures. November 6, 2011. This past September was another San Diego Restaurant Week, which is a great opportunity for Mr. Tall and I to try new restaurants. Mr. Tall and I initially wanted to go to Market. In Del Mar, but could not get a reservation (a week in advance! So, our second choice was Cafe Chloe. In the East Village. This restaurant has been on our radar for a few years, but we just have never made it there until now. On to the main course: Mr. Tall again...

http://www.tastymemoir.com/2011/10/shaved-asparagus-salad-and-grilled-rack.html
Saturday, October 8, 2011. Shaved Asparagus Salad and Grilled Rack of Lamb. Its the beginning of October which brings to mind green leaves turning golden and amber, warm apple pie and colorful scarves to keep one warm. Well, its currently low-mid 70's in sunny San Diego. Not quite nippy weather that calls for cocoa and scarves ehh? So we decided to make shaved asparagus salad and grilled rack of lamb. 1/4 cup toasted marcona almonds. Juice of 1 lemon. Fresh ground black pepper. Finish the salad with shav...

Osso Bucco, Saffron Risotto, Asparagus & English Pea | imma.eat.chu

Ricotta Gnocchi, Pancetta, Fava, Mint. Chermoula Pork Confit Hash →. Osso Bucco, Saffron Risotto, Asparagus and English Pea. September 13, 2011. I love that osso bucco mean “bone with a hole”. This dish of braised veal shank will make you melt just like the marrow is in the middle of bone. My osso bucco had a tiny small hole though that would be not let up the warm marrow. It was so deep in flavor and unctuous that the marrow thwart quickly became a thought of the past. September 25, 2011 at 11:14 AM.
