You could find this beauty in a little Argentinian pizza place off the Plaza Malasana in Madrid. I don’t even know if it is still there, but I certainly still have dreams about that place. This thin crust pizza had no tomoato sauce, but had a topping of sauted onions, roquefort and walnuts. Fab food in La Ciotat.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore. 1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces. 2 15 oz. cans of diced tomatoes (no salt added). 1 8oz can of tomato sauce (no salt added). 1 medium onion, chopped. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1 c mushrooms, sliced. Freshly ground pepper to taste. In crock pot, add onions and mushrooms. Place uncooked chicken on top. Add the rest of the ingredients (except spaghetti squash).
